Together with your therapist, we will explore how your reactions in certain situations relate to your wants and needs. We will then connect your behavior to underlying emotions, allowing us to eliminate what no longer serves you and change the behavior. I am not an in-network provider, however you can submit claims to your insurance company and use out-of-network benefits, if applicable. Receipts will be provided and you can submit them to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. What is my deductible and has it been met?
When does my insurance year begin? Is it the calendar year and how many sessions per year does my plan cover?
